Milwaukee Film Festival Screening of Messwood

Messwood
Declining participation leads Milwaukee’s own Messmer (predominantly Black) and Shorewood (predominately white) high schools to combine their football programs. After a successful season in 2018, quite a few starters graduate and in 2019 the team is forced to rebuild. At the center of this familiar and thrilling sports season drama, these teenage athletes attempt to make sense of their adolescence and of the perceived and tangible racial fissures in southeast Wisconsin.

At the end of 2022, Bay Bridge received confirmation of our 501c3 status!  This new status dates back to April 28, 2022 when we started the process and were originally incorporated.  Going forward, donations will be tax deductible!  For anyone who donated in 2022 after April 28th, if you would like to receive documentation of this donation, please reach out to baybridgewisconsin@gmail.com and our Treasurer will provide that paperwork.
